Exchange and Refund Policy duranno.us accepts Visa, Master, and American Express (AMEX) cards. If you need to return your purchase to duranno.us, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be of quality and condition at the time it was shipped from duranno.us to the customer. This means that the product must be undamaged, in good condition, and unused or unopened. To receive a refund, you must submit a return request to our customer service within 3 days (excluding holidays) from the date of receipt. Returned items must remain in the original condition of delivery and must be accompanied by the receipt you received at the time of purchase to the duranno.us. Refunds will not be available for items that have been damaged, opened, or returned without a receipt. Return Policy Only if the following applies, returns can be made within 3 days (excluding holidays) from the date of receipt. 1. It must not be broken. (If the customer receives the damaged item, we will exchange it with the same product.) 2. If it is in plastic packaging, it must not be opened. 3. It should be free of dirt. 4. The type and quantity of accessories (such as appendices or event giveaways) must be as they were. 5. Periodicals will not be returned. Exchange & Refund Policy 1. Unless the item you received is a broken or defective product, you cannot exchange the purchased item for another item. (If you want to exchange, you must return the desired product and purchase it again.) 2. If you wish to receive a refund through a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item, only 90% of the purchase amount of the returned item will be refunded, and the refund amount will be processed by the Credit Card at the time of payment. 3. When refunding, only the item amount and the sales tax of the invoice amount are the amount to be refunded, excluding postage. Postage 1.Postage is the responsibility of the customer, and duranno.us is not responsible for products lost during mailing. 2.The postage cost of the goods in the event of exchange of the same item incurred due to the customer's failure to receive the genuine product shall be borne by the duranno.us. Please allow 10 to 15 days for the confirmation and processing of returnable items to be completed. If the duranno.us confirms that the returned item cannot be returned as a result of verification, it may refuse to receive it or return it again.
