Exchange and Refund Policy duranno.us accepts Visa, Master, and American Express (AMEX) cards. If you need to return your purchase to duranno.us, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be of quality and condition at the time it was shipped from duranno.us to the customer. This means that the product must be undamaged, in good condition, and unused or unopened. To receive a refund, you must submit a return request to our customer service within 3 days (excluding holidays) from the date of receipt. Returned items must remain in the original condition of delivery and must be accompanied by the receipt you received at the time of purchase to the duranno.us. Refunds will not be available for items that have been damaged, opened, or returned without a receipt. Unless the item you received is a broken or defective product, you cannot exchange the purchased item for another item.
